3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Pricing and Payment

All course prices are listed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within this period, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@pahuko.sbs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, graphics, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of Pahuko and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our course materials without prior written consent. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

Certificates are digital documents that verify your participation and completion of the course. These certificates are for personal and professional development purposes and do not constitute accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Pahuko reserves the right to withhold certificates if there is evidence of academic dishonesty, violation of terms, or failure to meet course requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahuko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in София, Bulgaria.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pahuko concerning your use of our services.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Pahuko.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
